As we near the end of the first month of 2025 I hope that everyone is back into the full swing of things after the holiday break. We got some great news earlier this month that got us at Roth IAMS excited and back into the groove. Generally I try to avoid talking too much about us, but we are so excited, I wanted to brag just a little bit!!!
We have had a cooperative contract with Sourcewell (in the US) and Canoe (in Canada) since 2021 for Facility Assessment and Planning Services. The contract was put out for renewal as part of the Sourcewell process and we are pleased to announce that we were once again successful in securing another contract! This win will allow us to satisfy and streamline our clients’ public procurement requirements by leveraging our Sourcewell/Canoe contract. Our new contract goes through to at least 2029, with three one year options to extend.
For those of you not familiar with Sourcewell or Canoe, I thought it would be worthwhile to do a quick introduction.
Sourcewell is a government agency that focuses on securing cooperative procurement contracts that it can offer to its members across the United States. Any public sector client or non-profit can join Sourcewell for free. If you are not a member and would like to join or learn more, visit the Sourcewell Website to learn more.
The Canoe Procurement Group of Canada (Canoe) partners with Sourcewell to offer their contracts to the Canadian market (All provinces and territories except Quebec). Just like Sourcewell, membership is free and open to public sector entities and non-profits across Canada. To become a member of Canoe, just click here to learn more.
Due to the scope and scale of Sourcewell/Canoe, not only can you streamline your procurement process (while still satisfying your fiduciary responsibilities), you can be confident that the fees that you are paying are world-class, maximizing the value that you get for your purchases.
Even if you are not in need of any of our services and software that we can offer through Sourcewell/Canoe, I would highly recommend you check out their other contracts that cover off products, services and construction.
