The Computerized Maintenance Management Software industry has evolved where there are many systems available in various tiers. There are systems available to meet every need. As with any software database there is no “one size fits all”.

Before choosing a platform, the user(s) must clearly identify what is important to them and what functions are driving their decision. They must also understand not only the resources needed to implement the system but how their internal business processes should evolve to get the maximum return on this investment.
