A common theme we hear from facility and asset managers is frustration with their current Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). The most common reason we get is that it doesn’t do what they want it to. Whether they inherited the system or want a do-over from a past implementation, there are a lot of people that are looking for a change.
When we dig a little deeper with many of these organizations, the root cause of their dissatisfaction often has little to do with the CMMS itself. As you know, switching systems can be a painful and costly process, so before making the leap, it’s critical to ensure you don’t end up in the same situation all over again.
This Webinar will explore three key areas that facility and asset managers should consider before they “throw the baby out with the bath water” and just change CMMS’s. By focusing on these three areas, organizations will be in a better position to evaluate other CMMS’s and, more importantly, may realize that the system they have may not suck so bad after all.
