Help, the Deadline is July 1 – I Don’t Have Facility Condition Data for My Asset Management Plan!

As you know, all Ontario municipalities must have an approved Asset Management Plan (AMP) covering all municipal infrastructure assets in place by July 1, 2025.* A key component of a comprehensive AMP is an up-to-date Facility Condition Assessment (FCA) that provides the data needed to develop Levels of Service and a strategic plan to achieve your organization’s goals and objectives.
