As a facility and asset manager, the Current Replacement Value (CRV) is one of the most important numbers that you need to have confidence in as you build an integrated asset management strategy.  As the denominator of your Facility Condition Index (FCI) it plays an important role in benchmarking your portfolio both internally and externally with your peers.  However, many organizations struggle to develop a consistent and defensible CRV that they can trust.
