Facility Assessor training prepares you to play a crucial role in evaluating the health, functionality, and longevity of buildings and their components.

Similar to how doctors assess patient health or how soldiers reconnoiter to support strategic decisions, you’ll learn to conduct on-site inspections and provide data-driven insights through hands-on experience to build a comprehensive understanding of a building’s condition.

Conduct visual inspections and evaluations of building systems, including structural, mechanical, and electrical components, as well as site infrastructure.

Data Collection

Take photos, review building plans, and assess the current condition of a building’s elements.

Reporting

Client Interaction

Work with architects, engineers, custodial staff, and other stakeholders to gather insights and communicate findings effectively.
