Much like sustainability and “green” initiatives two decades ago, we’re entering a phase where AI seems to be everywhere… whether it truly applies or not.
In this session, we’ll start by separating automation from artificial intelligence, so everyone is working from the same understanding.
From there, we’ll explore practical, real-world use cases for both automation and AI in asset management today, along with a look at where these technologies may be headed in the near future.
We’ll wrap up with a LIVE demonstration where Bill will build an audience-requested tool designed to support the asset management journey, showcasing the power of today’s AI.
I am uploading facility condition information on our Canadian and US portfolios, which are managed separately. However, we need to consolidate them for our Board, which oversees both portfolios. Can you please convert all values in Canadian dollars to USD, and prepare an overall portfolio summary? Please add 3% annual inflation to all values for future years.
I am giving a presentation to our Board, and I need a 5-Year capital prioritized capital plan, with a primary focus on risk management, assuming an annual budget for renewal of $5 Million. Please provide a list of the Recommendations that you are including in the plan, with a short narrative on why you selected them (in a column at the right of the spreadsheet) in Excel format.
Also, please prepare a short Executive Briefing in Word that I can provide in advance of the presentation with the Board briefing notes.
