Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital retained Roth IAMS Ltd. to complete Equipment Inventory and Tagging (EI&T) for select equipment across its facilities. The objective of the engagement was to establish a reliable, standardized equipment dataset to support maintenance planning, asset tracking, and long-term lifecycle management.

Using SLAM EQUIP, Roth IAMS captured equipment-level data in the field and supported the integration and implementation of the EI&T dataset into Holland Bloorview’s Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), MEGAMATION.

The scope of work included:

• Equipment Inventory and Tagging for select assets
• Capture of standardized equipment attributes using SLAM EQUIP
• Validation and organization of EI&T data
• Support for integration of equipment data into MEGAMATION CMMS
