Roth IAMS was engaged to perform Facility Condition Assessments (FCAs) for 30 facilities owned by Yukon Energy, spanning diverse building types, including office buildings, a fish hatchery, staff housing, and a Diesel Plant.
The scope included a comprehensive evaluation of each building’s structural elements, building envelope, interior finishes, mechanical and electrical systems, and site elements, all within a 20-year lifecycle analysis.
Leveraging SLAM CAP software, our team efficiently collected data and generated individual FCA reports for each building. The remote locations of the facilities posed logistical challenges, but close coordination with the client ensured the safety of our assessors and the smooth execution of the project. The project had a tight deadline, but all reports were successfully delivered within 60 days and finalized before the holiday season.
The project was delivered on time and on budget thanks to the efficiency of the SLAM software, the expertise of our team, and minimal revisions.
