Project Overview

Following our successful project with the University of Saskatchewan, Roth IAMS was awarded a separate contract with the University of Regina (U of R), following a similar scope of work.

Scope and Objectives

Roth IAMS is providing BCAs for all on-campus buildings as well as a detailed Infrastructure Condition Assessment (ICA) for the surface and subsurface infrastructure across the campus.

Key Deliverables and Constraints

In addition, Roth IAMS is also providing Asset Management support services to the U of R including the development of a Multivariable Prioritization Matrix, collaborative development of a 3-Year Capital Plan and on-going data management services to reconcile future completed capital projects.

Conclusions

Additionally, U of R has implemented the SLAM CAP software to support the BCAs/ICAs and to provide tools for on-going facility asset management.
